  Maestro Communications Methodology
  Maestro utilizes a six-step process when working with our valued clients:

Initial
Consultation

We meet with our client for a free one-hour consultation to discuss:
• Marketing needs and
long-term goals
• Target audience(s)
• What deliverables should be produced (print, electronic, web)?
• What is your budget for this initiative?
• Production schedule dates (milestones and deadline)

 

2.
Project
Estimate

Client is provided with a detailed and itemized cost estimate based on initial discussion.

 

3.
Production
Schedule

Once client agrees on estimate and gives the
go-ahead, a schedule of production is then provided to the client, with recommended milestone dates, to achieve final deadline.

 

4.
Project
Implementation

Production then goes into full swing, keeping channels of communication open with client at all times as each milestone is achieved.

 

5.
Approval
& Sign-off

A face-to-face meeting is then conducted to obtain final client approval and sign-off. If necessary, project's final phase involving outside vendors is then implemented (print vendor, web implementation, etc.).

 

6.
Project
Delivery

Completed project is delivered on pre-established final deadline and client is then invoiced for the project. Maestro maintains on-going relationship with customer to gauge effectiveness and further build upon their marketing strategy.
